You can manage your return or exchange in two ways:

Online (recommended)

Access our portal:

Enter your order number (e.g. #123456) and the email address you used to purchase. You'll receive instructions by email.

In store

Bring the item in its original packaging with tags attached, along with your order number or receipt, to any of our stores:
