General conditions:

• Return with refund: 30 calendar days from when you receive your order
• Size or item exchange: 30 calendar days from when you receive your order

During promotional periods (Black Friday, sales, Christmas):

• Exchanges: 30 calendar days
• Return with refund to original payment method: only within the first 15 days. After that and up to 30 days, the refund is issued as store credit or a voucher.
