Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise indicated depending on your country of purchase (you can check this on the Reveni portal when starting the process).

GODS does not accept freight collect shipments. If the package does not meet the conditions, it will be rejected and returned to the sender with no refund.
